I bought a used car - a Nissan Frontier, from Schomp Nissan. I had a trade in - a 2022 Ford Maverick, which they priced fairly, they met the price of two other dealerships. They didn’t inflate the price of the Frontier - I checked the value on Kelley Blue Book and Cargurus and it was priced fairly. They were transparent and honest throughout the sales process. I went to Schomp to get one of my tires replaced. I had to order this specific tire through them, and after waiting for just 2 days they fit me in to have it replaced. They took me into the service center right when I arrived, and even though I only waited about 2.5 hours, they gave me a free oil change, filled my tank with gas, car wash, and complimentary tire rotation. They did an inspection on the car as well, letting me know of a couple of additional updates that I could make to the vehicle, but didn’t pressure ...
I recently trade-in a car for another used car at Schomp Nissan. The salesrep and sales manager treated me fairly, they were efficient putting together the paperwork and gave me a fair price for my trade-in. I had done research on Cargurus and Kelley Blue Book / Autotrader so I knew the value of my trade. I like the no-haggle process at Schomp - it took a lot of stress out of the buying process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will buy from them again in the future.

Atticus was great. He listened to what we were saying and to what we wanted. He offered the appropriate information without overdoing it or pushing unrelated information. Exactly the experience I was hoping for. I really appreciated the upfront no BS experience at Schomp Nissan. Very unlike the experience I had 2 days before at another dealership. I had a great experience with the Schomp Nissan service. They repaired my transmission pan and let me know there could possibly be issues with my transmission. Darell was super responsive and even quoted me what the possible charge would be if they found anything wrong with the transmission. It was really cool to be able to the see the video inspection they sent me as well, I love the transparency and amazing communication from the whole team.
Had to have my transmission replaced last minute. Darrel and his techs really worked some magic!
